Robin iBolt Software Update October 2025 Highlights

, we focused on permanent installations, easier maintenance, and improved remote management.

The internal Self Pressure Test has been improved: it no longer requires low ambient temperatures, runs faster, and supports a wider range of operating environments.

Third‑generation Robe Navigation System (RNS3) logging is now included and it takes advantage of the hardware enabled features of the iBolt display for quick access, date + time status marking, and web interface availability. RNS3 logging captures fixture status, safety, and error logs, with remote access available via the Robe Ethernet Access Portal (REAP).

The REAP interface now supports remote adjustment of device IP settings, together with new monitoring screens to observe the Safety Status, Pan/Tilt Safety Settings, LiDAR settings, and other parameters.

Robe Ethernet Access Portal (REAP) Improvements

We have been rolling out updates to the Robin-series devices. These updates include an improved REAP interface with a new Remote IP Address Configuration feature, allowing administrators to remotely view and modify device IP settings. This update is already available for 

 and we will continue by adding this settings into more devices in the future.

We improved the reset procedure, added error and fixture-status logging, fixed miscellaneous error issues, improved optics resetting, updated thermal management, and added REAP IP address change functionality.

Follow-spot mode added, manual IP address and network mask setup were added to REAP, and IGMP v2 reporting groups were fixed.

Prism reset and strobe synchronization have been improved.

IGMPv2/IGMPv3 fixes were implemented, manual address setting and other REAP fixes were added. Strobe synchronization has been improved.

sACN multiple stream merging has been implemented.

RoboSpot definitions have been fixed for correct tracking operations.
